Chicco Tondo srl is the data controller of the personal data collected through the Site.

2. Categories of personal data
Chicco Tondo srl will process your personal data collected at the time of the conclusion of the contract and during the contractual relationship (“Data”).
By way of example, the Data Controller will acquire the following types of personal data:

bank details (e.g. IBAN), if provided for a possible refund;

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Chicco Tondo srl may process your Data to understand your purchasing habits and preferences in relation to the products and services offered through the Site in order to offer you products and services in line with your profile. For the pursuit of this purpose, Chicco Tondo srl may process the Data referred to in paragraph 2, nos. 1-2 and 5. Such Data will be processed by Chicco Tondo srl on the basis of its legitimate interest in the optimization of its purchasing procedures, through the offer of products and services that are more functional and useful to the specific needs of customers. The legitimate interest of Chicco Tondo srl has been appropriately balanced with your interests and expectations through the provision of technical and legal measures in order to minimize the impact of the profiling carried out by Chicco Tondo srl on your legal sphere.

4. Data retention period and duration of processing
Your Personal Data will be stored on servers located in the European Union.
Your Data will be stored for the entire duration of the contractual relationship with Chicco Tondo srl. Following the termination of the relationship, the Data will be stored for a period of 10 years exclusively for the protection of the rights of the owner and for the fulfilment of legal obligations. With reference to the processing for marketing purposes indicated in paragraph 2, letter b), we inform you that the Data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract unless you revoke the consent you have given or exercise your right to object to the processing.
With reference to the data processed for profiling purposes, we inform you that the Data will be processed for a maximum period of 12 months or for the different period that may be provided for by law or by provisions of the Data Protection Authority, unless you exercise your right to object to the processing. After this period or in the event of opposition, the data will be stored if necessary to pursue other purposes or will be permanently deleted.
5. Defence in court
